KARIN'S BOTTLED CURRIED BEANS

INGREDIENTS:
1.8kg Beans, chopped
0.9kg Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Curry powder
2 Tablespoons Cornflour
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 1/2 cups Sugar
3 1/2 cups White Vinegar
3 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
1 dessert spoon Mustard

DIRECTIONS:
Cook beans until soft.

Drain.

Pour boiling water over onions & leave for 15 minutes.

Drain.

Place all ingredients in a large pot & cook together for approximately 20 minutes (more or less)

Bottle.
