CHARLIE'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
 
1.Cream Together
125 grams Butter
125 grams Oil
250 grams Sugar
100 grams Brown Sugar
 
2. Then Add
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
125ml Buttermilk or Yoghurt
 
3. Sift In
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½  teaspoon Baking Powder
½  teaspoon Baking Soda
400 grams Flour
30 grams Cocoa
 
4. Add
250 grams Grated Zucchini
 
5. Bake at 150ºC for 1hour in a 24cm round tin, or a 7 x 7inch Tin
