SALLY'S SUPER WORKOUT & RECOVERY JUICE

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 small cucumber
1 stick celery
2 apples
Ice
DIRECTIONS:
Juice the lot & pour over ice.
After making the juice put in a flask & take to the gym. When finished with your workout, enjoy your drink while relaxing in the sauna.
