ANITA'S EGG SALAD

serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
6-8 eggs
1 ½ Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons vinegar
¼ onion
1 teaspoon mustard
¼ teaspoon vegetable stock powder (or beef)
salt, pepper & chives.
DIRECTIONS:
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
Peel the eggs & cut them in slices & let them cool down.
After they are cold, arrange them on the serving plate.
In a cup add together the dry vegetable powder & ¼ cup of hot water
Add the other ingredients to the cup, mix well & pour it over the eggs.
