PENELOPE'S PRESTO PESTO

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup fresh parsley
1-2 cloves of garlic (can use garlic powder)
1 cup walnuts or brazil nuts
1 Lemon (juice)
2 Tablespoon olive oil (or 1 avocado)
celtic sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Put basil leaves, parsley, garlic, walnuts & olive oil in a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Spice with lemon & salt to taste.
Serve as a dip or over salads, baked potatoes or squash.
Or use on pizza instead of tomato sauce.
