ZACH'S ZUCCHINI OAT BAKE

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups grated zucchini

1/2 cup grated cheese

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped onions

3 Tablespoons oil

1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoon salt

2 cups cremota

1/2 cup soya flour or wheat germ

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well & press into a well-greased 24cm round tin.

Bake well at 150°C for 30 minutes.
