CARL'S TANGELO ICING

INGREDIENTS:

The Juice of 1/2 a Tangelo, 
1 1/2 cup icing sugar,
1 Tablespoon softened butter
& a little water if needed.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix together until smooth & there are no lumps in the icing mix.

Using a back of a warm knife, spread the icing out over the cake.

Notes:
If the icing becomes too thick add some water, & alternatively if the icing becomes too thin, add more icing sugar.


This is the same recipe needed for Lemon Icing, simply substitute the Tangelo juice for that of a lemon.
