ALI'S CAVOLO NERO & PESTO PASTA

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams pasta shapes
300 grams Cavolo Nero, shredded
4 Tablespoons pesto sauce
100 grams sun dried tomatoes, drained
50 grams marmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the pasta in boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet.
Drain & return to the pan.
Meanwhile, steam the cavolo nero for 5 mins.
Stir the pesto sauce, tomatoes & half the parmesan into the pasta & finally stir in the cavolo nero.
Transfer to a serving dish & sprinkle over the remaining parmesan to serve.
