INGREDIENTS:
2 carrots
2 apples... Jazz or Pink lady or Ambrosia
1 inch slice of lemon – where possible, wax free & with rind 
¼ inch of fresh ginger
2 ice cubes
 
DIRECTIONS:
Simply juice the lot & pour over ice.
