STANLEY'S PEPPER PUNCH

INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
1/2 red pepper, deseeded
1/2 yellow pepper, deseeded
1 small raw beetroot
1/2 lemon, peeled
Ice
 
DIRECTIONS:
Juice the apples, peppers, beetroot & lemon by packing the lemon between the other produce. 
 
Pour over ice & enjoy.

Beetroot is exceptional in assisting to rebuild red blood cells & prevent iron deficiencies (anaemia).
