1 stick celery
1/2 ripe avocado
1 inch slice cucumber
1 lime (peeled with pith left on)
1 dessertspoon mixed seeds
2 apples
1/2 banana
Simply juice the apples, cucumber, celery & lime
Pour into a blender / smoothie maker along with the already added banana, seeds, avocado & ice
Blend for approx 45 seconds or until smooth.
