PETRA'S BEAN SALAD

serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams Beans
½ Onion, diced
½ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon dried vegetable stock powder (or beef)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the beans for 15-20 minutes with a teaspoon of salt.
2. When the beans are cooked, drain, then let them cool down. (They don’t need to be entirely cold to use)
3. Add all the other ingredients together in another bowl, then mix it in with the beans.
4. Leave for at least 1 hour before serving.
