INGREDIENTS:

1/2 apple - granny smith

1/2 carrot

1 pear - small

1 stalk celery

1/4 lemon - peeled

1/2 cm piece of ginger

1/2 cm piece of turmeric

ground black pepper

1 1/2 cups of water

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients.
