CAMERON'S COURGETTE & ASPARAGUS SLICE

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated courgette
1 large onion (grated)
4 eggs
1/12 cups grated cheese
1 cup self raising flour
340 grams can asparagus spears or pieces (drained but save 1/4 cup of liquid)
1/4 cup liquid from asparagus
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Place grated courgette & onion in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs & cheese & mix well with a fork.
Add flour, drained asparagus & 1/4 cup of the aspargus liquid & mix to combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into sprayed baking dish (23cm).
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until evenly browned.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes before cutting & serving,
