Growlink uses “Payment Express” to securely authorise credit card payments before any charges are made. The name that will appear on your statement will be Growlink Limited.

Debt: Growlink will register as a secured creditor through the Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) in accordance with seeking full payment of any debt, recovery of costs & recovery of goods incurred with any customer or organisation & associated with any transactions with Growlink.
 
Delivery:
Growlink delivery schedules are from 7.00am onwards until 5.00pm for the following areas.
Orders received before 7.00am on a specific scheduled day of delivery to the same area will be delivered the same day.

Costs: A minimum delivery charge of $8.00 will apply to each order other than when five separate orders are to the same delivery address.
 
Risk: Growlink’s responsibility for the goods ceases at the time of delivery to the correct address on the designated day.
 
Refund Policy: If the customer is dissatisfied with the goods delivered by Growlink we will either replace the goods at no additional cost or make full reimbursement to the customer.
