SUE'S BLUEBERRY SOUP

DIRECTIONS:
In a food processor, combine 4 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 cup of Pinot Noir, 
 
1/4 cup of honey & blend until the mixture becomes smooth, but do not strain. 
 
Chill the soup before serving, & garnish each bowl with creme fraiche.
