BRENDA'S BREAKFAST ON THE GO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1/2 banana
50 grams muesli
2 oranges (peeled, with pith left on)
150 grams natural organic yogurt - if you're a vegan, then Simply use soya yogurt
150 grams soya milk
1 teaspoon Manuka honey
A small handful of ice
DIRECTONS:
Juice the oranges & then pour into the blender along with all the other ingredients.
Blend & enjoy!
