INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cucumber

2 stalks celery

1/2 cup spinnach

4 sprigs parsley

1/4 lemon - peeled

1/2 cm piece of ginger

1/4 cup natural yoghurt

1/2 cup coconut water

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients.
