INGREDIENTS:

1 butternut - peeled

1/4 clove of garlic

1 cup of vegetable stock

a pinch of nutmeg

salt & pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients & cook on a mild heat in a pan or microwave.
